Dell: No one builds better, large end-to-end systems for AI factories, says Huang. The company is strengthening its collaboration with NVIDIA and offering the "Dell AI Factory"!

In the US model portfolio, we are betting on Dell (DELL) and have a 51% book profit. Dell builds AI servers that companies use to train their large language models. In addition, a new update cycle for AI PCs is likely to start over the next few years due to Edge AI.

At the GTC, NVIDIA CEO Huang praised his partner Dell. "Anyone developing these chatbots and generative AI needs an AI factory if they want to use them. Nobody is better at building end-to-end systems at very large scale for enterprises than Dell," he said. Both companies are also moving closer together as partners to help companies adopt AI. To this end, the "Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA" is being introduced. It is the industry's first end-to-end enterprise AI solution that combines Dell's compute, storage, client device, software and service capabilities with NVIDIA's advanced AI infrastructure and software suite, supported by a high-speed network fabric. The new product is designed to support the entire AI lifecycle, from model creation and tuning to inference. In addition, the Dell PowerEdge XE9680 servers will also support the new B200 GPU, providing 15x higher inference performance.
The new "Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA" offering in particular should give a further boost to Dell's server business, which has started to boom thanks to the AI era. The end of the consolidation could now be sealed for the share!
