Alphabet – Waymo Aims to Quintuple Robotaxi Fleet by 2027

According to Semafor, Waymo's fleet is set to grow from 4,000 to 20,000 robotaxis by the end of 2027. Projected annual revenue of more than 350 million USD by the end of 2025, with a market potential of 415 billion USD by 2035. A 5-billion-USD loan and cheaper technology are expected to accelerate the expansion.
