AMD: Raymond James analyst calls for 40% potential - AI agents could explode the server CPU market

Raymond James upgrades AMD from "Outperform" to "Strong Buy" and raises the price target from $565 to $641. Compared to Monday's closing price of $456.75, this represents an upside potential of around 40%. The surprising drivers are not only AI GPUs but also server CPUs: Raymond James expects the market to reach around $201 billion by 2030, growing at an annual rate of 44%. AMD itself is even more optimistic: Management sees the server CPU market at around $220 billion by 2030 and expects more than 70% revenue growth for its own server business...
