As the Wall Street Journal exclusively reported, an investor consortium led by Elon Musk is offering $97.4 billion for the purchase of the nonprofit organization that controls OpenAI. Musk's attorney, Marc Toberoff, stated that he submitted a bid for all the assets of the nonprofit organization to the OpenAI board on February 10, 2025.
