Tight Supply, Volatile Contract Prices Samsung Electronics has significantly increased the contract prices for key DDR5 memory products as capacities are strained by the global expansion of AI data centers. According to industry insiders, prices for 32GB DDR5 modules rose to around 239 USD in November, up from about 149 USD in September. This corresponds to an increase of more than 60%. 16GB DDR5 modules have increased to approximately 135 USD, while 128GB modules are around 1,194 USD, each rising by about 50%.
