Bloomberg Report: ServiceNow in Talks to Acquire Armis Software company ServiceNow is in advanced discussions to acquire the cybersecurity startup Armis, which was last valued at $6.1 billion, Bloomberg reported. The deal, which could be worth $7 billion, would be ServiceNow’s largest acquisition, the outlet said, citing sources familiar with the matter.
