SpaceX: Musk expects full Starship reusability by 2027 - first Starfall customer acquired

Elon Musk considers it "extremely likely" that SpaceX will achieve full Starship reusability with rapid turnaround by 2027. He estimates the chance of a successful first catch attempt of the upper stage at at least 50 to 60%. SpaceX itself envisions a reduction in costs per kilogram to orbit by more than 99% compared to historical average costs in the long term.
