TSMC: 2-nm Demand Accelerates – Nvidia, Apple & Co. Increase Capacities

Apple, Nvidia, AMD, Qualcomm, and MediaTek have reportedly increased their reserved 2-nm capacities by 10 to 20%. TSMC could therefore produce around 120,000 2-nm wafers per month by the end of 2026, significantly more than previously expected. TSMC now expects more than 40% revenue growth in 2026, while 2 nm already accounted for 3% of wafer revenue in Q2.
