AeroVironment Establishes Itself as a Leading Provider of Laser Drone Defense

AeroVironment (AVAV) remains an exciting defense stock for me and is becoming the leading provider of laser drone defense. This is evidenced by the 464.8 million USD contract awarded by the U.S. Army on September 2 for the Enduring High Energy Laser Program (E-HEL). It is the Army's first production order for a high-energy laser weapon system.
