Broadcom: The AI Forecast is Suddenly Too Conservative After the OpenAI Deal

Broadcom (AVGO) is now my favorite for new long maneuvers among semiconductor stocks after the 10 GW deal with OpenAI. The stock is likely to surpass its all-time high. The custom "Titan" chip, which will be available starting in the second half of 2026, could generate 15 to 20 billion USD per GW. So far, Broadcom expects 6.2 billion USD in AI revenue for the current fourth quarter. According to Mizuho, AI revenues could already rise to 40.4 billion USD in fiscal year 2026. In 2027 and 2028, increases to 64.5 billion and 78 billion USD are anticipated....
