Broadcom: Tomahawk Ultra and Meta investment plans provide momentum

Broadcom (AVGO) is becoming interesting again for traders despite a high P/S valuation of 21. The sentiment among semiconductor stocks is improving after the eased export restrictions on AI chips to China. For me, Broadcom is one of the industry favorites: AI revenues were increased by 46% in the last quarter to $4.4 billion and are now expected to accelerate to $5.1 billion with the 10th consecutive growth quarter. AI network solutions surged by 170%, with the Tomahawk 6 and Tomahawk Ultra chips setting new standards for building AI clusters....
