Returning from dinner, I enjoyed the evening holiday warmth in Croatia when suddenly the media reports about a possible US stake in Intel (i) on August 14, 2025, came in. My thought on this is, yes, that would make sense now. Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan met with US President Trump on Monday and apparently had some strong arguments as to why he is the right CEO and why the US should even support Intel.
