The USA and China are reducing their tariffs for 90 days to negotiate in the trade war and work towards a deal. The USA still imposes tariffs of 30%, while China only has 10%. A major beneficiary of this de-escalation is luxury goods manufacturer LVMH! LVMH is known for its leather goods, wines, spirits, watches, jewelry, and cosmetics. The company benefits from the de-escalation in the tariff war, as recession worries about the economy ease and consumer confidence is expected to rise.
