Qualcomm (QCOM, i) is unsurprisingly suffering from an industry-wide memory shortage that is expected to persist this year. However, this setback could also turn out to be a long-term opportunity for several reasons. Handsets still account for 64% of the revenue mix, but Qualcomm is on track to achieve $22 billion in revenue from IoT and automotive by 2029 as part of its diversification strategy.
