For me, the investment case for Schlumberger is changing. The market continues to see it primarily as a traditional oil field service provider. However, I now also see it as a beneficiary of AI infrastructure, while at the same time a new billion-dollar market is opening up in Venezuela. The most important new trigger is the $4.1 billion acquisition of Kelvion. With this, Schlumberger is expanding its business in cooling and infrastructure for data centers.
