The Verve Group SE (i.) recently had to lower its annual forecast. Accordingly, net revenue for this financial year is expected to be €485-515 million, down from the previous target of €530-565 million. Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be €125-140 million, after previously projecting €155-175 million. The reduction in projections was well detailed during the Capital Markets Day on August 19.
