The 10% entry by the US government is a game changer for me. It brings capital, represents political backup, and signals that Intel will not be left behind. I speculate that this commitment will trigger more contracts, funding, and partnerships – a domino effect that can support the stock price and drive it upwards in the medium term. Of course, the 18A risk remains: If Intel fails to meet the production schedule again, it could hurt. But for me, the risk-reward ratio currently favors the long side, especially with the tailwind in the AI market....
