Samsung Electronics has recently been left behind by SK Hynix and Micron in HBM memory supply for NVIDIA due to technical difficulties. It is now reported that Samsung is set to meet NVIDIA's requirements for high-bandwidth memory chip delivery. Accordingly, Samsung is preparing to supply 12-layer HBM3e chips to NVIDIA.
