HP Inc (HPQ) Introduces two new Innovations in the Field of AI. The Commercial Penetration of AI PCs Should Increase in 2025 and 2026.

HP Inc (HPQ) is a stock to keep an eye on in the wake of the AI era. Last quarter, the company saw a recovery in demand in its PC business, particularly in commercial PCs, which grew for the first time in eight quarters. The AI era promises a wave of renewal in PCs and could provide HP with additional growth opportunities. While the impact of AI PCs on earnings is still expected to be small in the second half of the year, commercial penetration is expected to increase in 2025 and 2026. HP is driving awareness of AI PCs through collaborations with manufacturers and silicon providers, AI application development and retail training. Focus areas are premium and gaming PCs as well as the expansion of service and subscription models.

On Monday (July 15), HP presented two new innovations: The world's most powerful AI PC and the first integration of a trust framework into an AI development platform. These new technologies are designed to deliver transformative AI experiences for businesses and individuals. The Z by HP AI Studio platform helps data scientists develop models securely and efficiently, while the HP OmniBook Ultra improves productivity and collaboration through advanced AI capabilities. These innovations could impact the market by simplifying and enhancing the use of AI for various applications.

HP Inc (ISIN US40434L1052): The transition to AI PCs could reaccelerate growth at HP. The forward P/E 2024 ratio of 10.65 does not look particularly expensive. The share could now resume its upward trend.
