First, Geoclima in Italy was acquired. This expands the company\'s position in air and liquid cooling for data centers. According to the company, it can now offer complete solutions for data center cooling. "This strategic acquisition enables us to accelerate the development of energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centers and strengthen our global offering." At the same time, a good €40.1 million (SEK 455 million) in revenue will be added.
Second, Munters Group presented excellent figures for the second quarter. Sales climbed by 7% to SEK 3.791 billion and order intake increased by 3% to SEK 3.536 billion. At the bottom line, net profit increased by 33% to SEK 342 million. The operating margin of 15.3% was significantly higher than the previous year\'s 11.5%. Accordingly, the management speaks of record profitability. As digitization progresses and AI becomes more widespread in various industries, the demand for effective and adaptable cooling solutions remains high.
In particular, the expansion of the product range for cooling data centers is being extremely well received. The share starts a dynamic trend sequence and moves to the 52-week high!
