The company is seeing strong growth in its Prisma Cloud and XSIAM platforms, with a strategic focus on platformization and AI integration. Prisma Cloud is Palo Alto Networks\' comprehensive cloud security platform designed to ensure protection and compliance for cloud-native applications and infrastructure. The platform provides security capabilities for various cloud environments, including public, private and hybrid clouds. XSIAM is a platform that focuses on the automation of security operations and the management of security information. It combines threat detection and response (TDR) capabilities with automation technologies to optimize and accelerate security processes. Key successes include a significant increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and operating margins, as well as an increase in customer retention and the launch of several security modules.
Quarterly figures once again show impressive performance
The company recently reported a strong Q4 with revenue of $2.19 billion, representing 12% growth. Palo Alto also recorded a strong performance in the area of next generation security (NGS) solutions, with annual recurring revenues (ARR) increasing by 43% to $4.22 billion. For fiscal year 2025, Palo Alto Networks expects NGS ARR to continue to grow by 28-30% and plans to further expand its platform strategy to increase revenue and profitability over the long term. Looking ahead, Palo Alto Networks aims to further increase ARR for next-generation security and targets $15 billion by fiscal 2030.

Despite the sporty valuation, the share was able to break out of the consolidation. An imminent attack on the all-time high of $380.84 should come as no surprise.
