Palantir (PLTR) Records 33% Sales Growth With Commercial Customers in the USA. The AI Platform AIP is Just Starting to Ramp up. The Share Jumps Again After the Q3 Figures and the Forecast Increase.

AI share Palantir (PLTR) lost ground again in the second half of October. Despite the high valuation, the share remains very exciting in the wake of the AI era. The company is seeing strong interest in the "AI boot camps" it launched in October. By the end of November, Palantir is on track to hold boot camps with 140 companies. The number of users of Palantir's AI platform almost tripled in the period from July to September. The company launched its Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) onto the market this year. This combines machine learning technologies developed for industry partners and the military with the latest large-scale language models. AIP is the company's fourth platform after Gotham, Foundry and Apollo. The data analytics and data integration platforms enable companies to manage, analyze and visualize large amounts of data. Palantir's business is going strong: the company reported better-than-expected Q3 figures on Thursday (November 02) before the stock market opened. Turnover increased by almost 17% to $558 million. Analysts had expected around $555 million. Earnings per share amounted to $0.07, also slightly above estimates. Management raised the outlook for full-year sales from $2.21 billion to between $2.216 billion and $2.2 billion. The adjusted operating result is expected to reach $607-611 million.

It is certainly worth noting that the company is able to grow strongly, particularly in terms of sales with commercial customers, which rose by 23% year-on-year in Q3 and by as much as 33% in the USA. The share is now considered a hot candidate for possible inclusion in the S&P 500, which could provide an additional boost.

Palantir (ISIN US69608A1088): The valuation remains high with a forward P/S 2023 ratio of 17. However, the share could make significant gains following the figures and the positive statements from management.
