Lang & Schwarz is a German company that specializes in the development and trading of financial products. Its business model is mainly based on trading in structured financial products, in particular leveraged products such as certificates, warrants and knock-out products. Lang & Schwarz delivered its HY1 report on Friday (August 16): the company achieved an exceptional result from ordinary activities of €29.3 million, driven by a significant increase in trading volume and a higher number of trades, which led to a result from trading activities of €49.2 million. The number of trades increased by more than 60% year-on-year to a total of 26.6 million trades. Earnings per share amounted to €0.94 in Q2 compared to €0.11 in the same quarter of the previous year.
Lang & Schwarz (ISIN DE000LS1LUS9): The company continues to see very high trading activity among customers in the current third quarter. The stock should be able to launch an attack on the 52-week high.
